These e-mail copies are the most recent correspondence between myself and Lib Dem Cllr. Worden who has not reported any progress since my request for help back in July - has he been "got at" by Lib Dem leader Cllr. Prowse who is involved right up to his neck in the cover up? Remember Lib Dem Cllr. Sewell would not assist in exposing the dishonesty within the NDDC.
Here are the most recent e-mails - the first is a reply with my comments on the most recent e-mail from the NDDC which was forwarded to me by Cllr Worden. The writer is an employee called Malcolm Mansell : -28.11.07Dear David, it is clear that Malcolm Mansell is under the impression that my present complaint is concerned with the planning decision which was dealt with by the LGO who gave his verdict based on lies told by the planning department. It is the matter of these lies and other lies that came to light later together with the cover up of those lies he should be addressing. I guess he is probably under instruction to avoid the subject of council lies and to continue to comment on something that has already been dealt with. I find Mansell's stance both arrogant and uninformed - surely an employee who does not understand what the complaint is about must be considered either stupid or incompetent. Or is he joining the ranks of the dishonest?Perhaps you should copy this e-mail to him and ask for an explanation - if he still harps on about the planning decision already dealt with by the LGO then we shall know he is committed to protecting the dishonest council employees and councillors. If you decide to contact Don Pratt please makes sure he understands what the complaint is about although as he was involved in the cover up with Cllr. Prowse I doubt if you you will get much sense out of him.Regards, Gordon.----- Original Message -----Sent: Tuesday, November 27, 2007 10:05 PMSubject: RE: Council lies.Dear Gordon
The email I was originally talking about doesn't really help you that much but I will send a more recent email that I received yesterday from Mike Mansell. The copy is below:
Dear Councillor Worden; The Council is well aware of Mr Bray's web site. Mr Bray is entitled to his opinions. However the Council entirely disagrees with them. If a complainant takes issue with the way a Council, and as in this case disagrees with the way it has administered a matter, he or she can complain to the Local Government Ombudsman. Mr Bray has made such a complaint and the LGO has investigated. He has found no evidence whatsoever of maladministration. The Council has explained its position fully. However notwithstanding this, and the conclusions of the LGO, Mr Bray remains critical of the Council's actions. The Council has concluded that nothing further can be achieved by additional correspondence. If you feel that you need further explanation of this stance, then I must refer you to the Customer Services Manager, and Don Pratt, Assistant Chief Exec.
As soon as I am able I will do as he says and contact Don Pratt.I apologise again for being so busy but I am for example doing my best to support South Molton Recycle Ltd who in my opinion are being treated very unfairly by the Council.RegardsDavid

Dear David, I am amazed by your reply to my e-mail of today. I have shown you evidence of lying and dishonesty by North Devon District Council employees and a cover up by an employee which was endorsed by Cllr. Prowse. I must ask you what is more important than exposing and ridding the NDDC of these dishonest people who are milking us taxpayers and, no doubt, laughing all the way to the bank with their salaries, pensions and golden handshakes.Get your priorities right David and look after the interests of those who elected you!Regards, Gordon.Copy to my Website.----- Original Message -----Sent: Thursday, November 22, 2007 12:14 PMSubject: RE: Council lies.Sorry Gordon
I have been extremely busy and haven't got around to it yet. I just haven't had a moment to catch up with my correspondence as I have had some really urgent but time consuming work to do for many people and I have had at least one meeting every night and sometimes as many as four. I haven't forgotten you.

I will get back to you at the beginning of next week. I'm up to my eyes in it today and have to drive to Manchester this evening for a weekend meeting. I will send to you a copy of the email I received from Mr. Easton.
