This is the short piece of road intended as the entrance to the site rear of Underhill.  The Planning Application for Moorland Rise was passed by the Council and the suitability of this point of entry was confirmed by the Planning Manager when he recommended approval for application 35910.  The sketch shows how the point of entry in red as shown on the original planning application 30527 for the Moorland Rise estate.  The middle photo shows the temporary fencing that was put in place - this could remain and become an eyesore for the residents of Moorland Rise.  The lower photo shows Hares Green - there is no provision made for access to the site rear of Underhill.  This is confirmed by the plan of Hares Green (at the bottom of the page) when the bungalows were offered for sale - there is no point of access shown as there is on the plans for Moorland Rise.
